Layne Kennedy: The Environmental Nudes
Class Description
Join Layne Kennedy through a fast paced three-day workshop photographing nudes in a variety of locations and lighting conditions. This workshop, limited to 10 participants, offers the photographer many opportunities to explore their visions under constantly changing situations.Combinations of natural light and artificial light will be explored and color versus black & white are options to be considered. Each participant in the workshop will send images to Layne, and he will put together a Blurb book from the class.
In the end, photographers will have been introduced to a new series of methods creating photographs of nudes.
From this workshop, photographers can carry on with their own approaches to further develop a style unique to their own vision.
In addition to the class tuition, there will be a $75 per person modeling fee due prior to the start of the third class day.

Class Requirements
What to Bring?
Digital SLR, memory cards, card reader
Bring a tripod and cable release. We'll be encountering a variety of lighting situations and the use of a tripod will be necessary
Be sure you have enough media cards. You will find you will probably shoot more than you normally do
Small flashlight or headlamp can come in handy
Battery power; you might want to bring your charger in the event your battery gets low.

Layne Kennedy:
Layne Kennedy's photography covers a wide range of subject matter and locations. Specializing in magazine feature assignments, his work has appeared in over a hundred different magazines world-wide on subjects as diverse as Wolves in the Northern Hemisphere to boat builders in the Caribbean.
