Class Description
Join Layne Kennedy in one of his popular themed workshops for everyone with an iPhone dialing into one of the newest method of creating photographs.Participants will spend time using their iPhone's canvassing the Twin Cities seeking visual moments using a variety of app's designed for use with the iPhone.
The purpose of this workshop is to develop the visual instincts inside you and develop the skills to take creative photos, anytime, anywhere with your iPhone in hand.
A Blurb book from the class will be produced containing images from each participant in the workshop. In the end, photographers will have been introduced to a new way of seeing the world through the simplicity of their phone.
Everyone from beginners to the most experienced photographers will enjoy this workshop. Carrying nothing but the iPhone camera, expect yourself to see freely without the confines of carrying tons of gear to accomplish a unique visual journey.

About the Instructor
Layne Kennedy:
Layne Kennedy's photography covers a wide range of subject matter and locations. Specializing in magazine feature assignments, his work has appeared in over a hundred different magazines world-wide on subjects as diverse as Wolves in the Northern Hemisphere to boat builders in the Caribbean. His strong sense of abstract design, combined with journalistic story telling imagery, makes him a favorite among picture editors. Clients include: National Geographic Society, Life, Fortune, Business Week, Audubon, Sports Illustrated, Outside, Newsweek, Smithsonian, Nikon and Forbes.
