This exterior photo-walk adventure begins indoors at MPC for a 90 minute refresher/skills course in the class-room to go over some basics before hitting the streets for a fun day of guided photography with the instructor. We will shoot 3 hours near the river in downtown Minneapolis ( Stone Arch Bridge, St. Anthony Main, the Guthrie, US Bank Stadium, and surrounding attractions) and will stop at a riverside cafe for a light lunch. Introduction to Fine Art Nude Photography Starts Friday, October 11, 2019

This 2-day class is designed to introduce intermediate level photographers and enthusiasts who are interested in shooting fine art nudes to the basics of working with models, lighting techniques, use of backdrops, and the exploration of the medium and genre in the most tasteful way. Photographers will be working with 2 experienced fine art models. Photographers will be introduced to lighting the fine art nude, the use of negative space, composition and framing the shot. This two-session class takes place over a Friday evening and a full-day Saturday at the Mpls Photo Center. 12 hrs of instruction and shooting with models. Participation is LIMITED to 8 photographers.
