The MPC STREET PHOTOGRAPHER group will be welcoming photographer, artist and filmmaker
Mark Wojahn to our monthly speaker series.

He will be sharing classic and current work.

Mark Wojahn started out as a documentary photographer. For many years he shot for Minneapolis weeklies, websites, artists and families and still does from time to time.

Mark has received some of the highest honors a Minnesotan can as a photographer with a McKnight Fellowship in 1995 and a Minnesota State Arts Board grant in 1994. He has exhibited at the legendary pARTS gallery and served as a program director for the former Minnesota Center of Photography.

About the Instructor

Jeff Harrington: Jeff is the Executive Director at the Mpls Photo Center. He worked as a professional photographer early in his career before evolving into film-making and video production. He has worked in advertising and digital media as an executive producer and director. Jeff has been an exhibiting artist these past 30 years in both group exhibitions and one man shows. His emphasis these last few years has been on color "street photography." Jeff enjoys teaching others, and sharing his approach to urban and street photography with his students and MPC Members. Jeff has degrees from SCSU in art, journalism, and marketing.
