Equipment reservations are currently made through MPC’s online reservations system. Members pay for equipment at the time of booking. MPC does this to help those serious about reserving equipment from those who just are just trying to block out gear they may or may not use. Please note that members will be charged the full amount of their reservation unless MPC is given a cancelation notice at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time.
Reservations Limited to Single Member
Equipment reservations are for MPC members only. Rented equipment it is for one member’s sole use. Members cannot share the equipment with another member without prior, specific consent from MPC. Everyone using MPC equipment must be a registered member.
To ensure the best service possible, all equipment will be inspected by an MPC staff person to ensure proper operation prior to check out by a member. However, members are responsible for doing their own equipment check before using any and all equipment. MPC is committed to providing quality rental gear. However, the equipment is provided without warranty, and MPC is not responsible for losses resulting from malfunctioning equipment. Please plan your shoots accordingly.
